The Points Curator (“TPC”) is a privately owned travel consulting service, not a financial planner or financial advisor. TPC is not a registered or licensed travel agent, or affiliated with any airline, hotel, or other provider. TPC has no control over, and takes no responsibility for anything negative that happens after services are rendered. Altitude maintains no insurance covering such an event, and the customer is responsible for obtaining any travel insurance they deem necessary or desired. The customer, in using TPC’s services agrees to hold TPC, it’s owners, operators, employees, and agents harmless from any loss or other injury incurred in the use of its services, or resulting travel plans.
